PAWS to the Park

There's an air of excitement and anticipation among the canine population of Bermuda as they count down to their social event of the year - the SPCA "Paws to the Park" walk. This event will be held on Sunday 7^th March, 2010, 12:30 to 4:00pm starting and ending at a new location - St Paul's Church, Middle Road, Paget

Doing a sponsored walk is a fantastic way to support your favourite charity (the SPCA) whilst getting active in the outdoors. Ideally you need a canine companion for this special event, but don't despair if you can't find a canine date - you're still welcome to participate. The more people we have walking on the day the better!

The SPCA is a non-profit organization and we rely heavily on the generosity of you, the public, to support us by participating in events such as our "Paws to the Park" walk.

Our hope is that each walker will raise a minimum of $100 to help us reach our target for the day of $30,000 (matching what was raised last year). We rely on you!

Help us make this event a howling success to assist those animals that have not been fortunate enough yet to be adopted.

CORPORATE CHALLENGE

Can't participate but still want to help? Make a donation towards Paws to the Park. We have received a corporate challenge - a company is willing to match your donation dollar for dollar up to $5,000!!!!

How to make a donation? It's easy - select "make a donation" at the top of the page and follow the instructions to make a donation on line. Under "please let us know why you are making the donation" select Paws to the Park from the drop down box.
