Below are the current Acts and Regulations that are in place to protect the health and wellbeing of animals in Bermuda.
These amendments are intended to supplement, and be incorporated into the current CARE AND PROTECTION OF ANIMALS (COMMERCIAL HORSE STABLES) REGULATIONS 1984. They are not intended to replace the existing body of regulations. Where the current regulations are deemed to be subjective or weak, these amendments are intended to give specific criteria and strength.
