The Bermuda SPCA believes that anyone looking after animals should aim to provide the five freedoms. These five freedoms represent the five basic needs of all animals.
If these basic needs are not being met it is our responsibility to the animals to get them the help they need. Help those that cannot speak for themselves; be their voice. Report any situation that you feel is not meeting any of the above basic needs of the animal. Our Inspector and Animal Welfare Officers will follow up
